2017 – Present

• Engaging in IT project management to implement tasks for our company’s 11,000 domestic and overseas employees. Worked on more than eight separate projects, including developing new IT policies, managing cyber security, and implementing new infrastructure over the past three years, ensuring that every task was completed accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborating with Microsoft to plan a strategy to improve employees’ productivity by organizing and delivering more than 50 lectures. Increased Office 365 product usage within the company by 20%–30% in one year.
• Completed the International Project Management Professional Training Course—PMP in July 2018 (UCOM Training Center).
• Developed web helpdesk by using Microsoft power apps and provide preliminary computer troubleshooting for both software and hardware. Maintain Windows 2008 R2 servers and active directory infrastructure.

2016 – 2017

• Served as a business salesperson of cosmetics products for Czech international brands. Focused on the Asian demographic demand and utilized tailored sales strategies for Taiwanese and Chinese customers.
• Increased sales revenue by 10%–15% as a result of individual and team performance breakthroughs.
• Maintained good relationships with longstanding clients; demonstrated and recommended products; and analyzed competitors’ products, services, and selling techniques.

2015 – 2016

• Conducted customer-based projects and developed Proof of Concept sample implementation using ASP.net, HTML, CSS, and Web front/behind technology.
• Used protocol analysis and other sophisticated tools to analyze problems, debug issues, and drive issues to final resolution.
• Reported significant data and results by statistical analysis of various databases.

2015 – 2016

• Promoted the sale of Microsoft products, including the latest software and hardware, as a member of the top sales team among five teams.
• Conducted lead planning and strategy development, instructed business partners and retail customers, and prepared performance analysis reports and suggested recommendations for performance improvement.
